A native New Englander, Bill is a respected strategist known for his pioneering work at the intersection of traditional and digital media. With twenty-plus years of experience, Bill is recognized as an expert in media buying strategy and data analysis that has led to winning advocacy, union organizing and political persuasion campaigns at the federal, state, and local levels.
In its first year WKQ Media has worked with progressive clients across the country including Progress Arizona, Battle Born Progress, For Michigan and Progress Michigan to deliver effective CTV focused digital first paid media programs at the state and federal level.

Since becoming a digital media expert, Michael has worked on successfully flipping the Michigan Supreme Court, preserving Reproductive Freedom for All in Michigan, national independent expenditures supporting Biden and Democratic Senate candidates, state caucus programs targeting at-risk legislative races, and statewide college persuasion and turnout efforts.
Prior to that, Michael served as a campaign manager for two successful statewide campaigns for the University of Michigan Regents and the Michigan Supreme Court, ran public media relations for Macomb County, Michigan, and built the digital media program for a popular Michigan law firm that you may have heard of. He graduated from Grand Valley State University with degrees in Philosophy and Political Science.
When not actively campaigning, he enjoys traveling with his wife.

Brianna Herrington

A proud native of Georgia, Brianna is a graduate of Georgia State University, where she received a degree in Public Health which ignited a passion for human rights, equity, and justice. With over six years of paid media buying experience, Brianna has been a vital part of teams spanning e-commerce, healthcare, and progressive politics. Her expertise includes leveraging platforms such as Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, and programmatic channels to drive success for client campaigns.
Outside of work, Brianna actively contributes to her community, notably serving as President of the Black Student Alliance at her alma mater leading the organization in pursuits of civil justice and educational prowess. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring local hiking trails, penning her future best-seller, expanding her ever-growing library, and nurturing her roles as a mother of plants, a hairless dog, and a superhero-ninja kiddo.
Brianna plans to continue finding ways to serve her community and create a better future for her son; currently based in Roswell, Georgia, Brianna is committed to making a positive impact in both her professional endeavors and local community.
